Now, i took the opportunity to upload this blog with this rejoice story..'My 2nd cousin's wedding'..
We went to Pasir Ris, Singapore this weekend to attend Rasidah's wedding. I have some doubts at first to go there..with the H1N1 increasing cases which will be not the right time for pregnant lady to travel but when hubby said 'ok'..then, i said 'yeay'...It has been a while since my last trip to Singapore...so i was so eager with this wedding invitation.
So, we started our 4-car journey from Batu Pahat at 10.30am n we reached Johor Bahru around 12pm. Then, we proceed with our immigration process around 12.30pm...everything went smoothly according to our plan..
..but..
..the problem occured when we reached at the Singapore Immigration. The temporary pass that my uncle used was left without a photo...it could be lost somewhere along the way during the immigration process at our immigration. The problem was..with my uncle being named as the lead, the other 5 who listed under his name..couldn't enter Singapore as well. In the end, only my dad's car n my uncle who could enter Singapore...so, all of us who can enter Singapore didn't feel the joy anymore but we must proceed to Pasir Ris.
My 2nd Cousin...Rasidah...i didn't know her before this but during last raya celebration we met n we kept in touch via facebook.
Now..her wedding day...
We reached at my uncle's house in Pasir Ris at 2.15pm. Suddenly, i heard the kompang...'oh, pengantin baru sampai'..but there was this one big car n the couple was on their way to the car. I remembered that my mum told me that the groom's reception will be on the same day..so i thought..'ohh, malam la kot reception'. However, it was a different story...they were on their way to Shamsul's house.
'Warghh...tak sempat la jumpa pengantin cam ni'...
..but, i was so lucky that maybe sidah saw me n she stopped the car..'Thank you, Cuz'..N i got the opportunity to see the beautiful bride'...p/s: Makcik Eton cakap..bile tengok sidah siap make-up atas pelamin..sebijik macam kak wani kawen dulu..hehe..ye ke. Mmm..dah nama pun saudara kan..but sidah lawa lagi..'. BTW, it was my 1st-Singaporean wedding experience...it took me quite some time to adapt with this new information...'pengantin perempuan..went to pengantin lelaki's house in the middle of the kenduri kahwin'...

At 4pm..we started our journey back to Malaysia...n at 5pm, we were cleared with all the immigrations processes. My dad said that..'kena balik cepat ni coz wani n fareedzal nak balik KL'..again...THAT WAS THE PLAN...
..my bro tried to call my uncle n my auntie. At 6pm we managed to call my uncle n they said that '..oh, kita org kat danga bay ni..'..and the kampung house key was with my uncle. After almost reaching Batu Pahat..that was the news that we received but again..'mm..dah tersurat..'
..so we waited almost 1 hour in ayer hitam and another hour at our kampung house before they reached home at 8.15pm. Me n hubby..we couldn't wait anymore and after freshen up ourselves..at 8.40pm..we're on our way back to KL..then, another heavy traffic happened in nilai and we reached home at 1am..
at 8.20am today...we're zombie-ing ourselves with office work..
