The new CEO...
Early this morning..i updated myself with the office emails..
..i noticed that most of my latest emails came from my ex-harvard course buddies a.k.a my group member.. and they were congratulating this one special person who was one of the most VVIP person during the 2 weeks harvard course that i attended.
When i got the news..i have this 'wargghhhh' feeling inside of me..
This person..
..he is such a good man..
..cool & funny guy..
..very down-to-earth..
..i admire his professional views..
..and the list is long..i can assure you that..
Straight away..i sent this short email to him..
..'Congratulations Dato'..'
And he replied..
..'Terima Kasih Effi..'
Suddenly, i felt so honoured to receive such an email from him..even though he did reply to some of my emails before..
After that, i went to the Bursa Malaysia's media releases (..which something that i do everyday due to my work portfolio as head of the capital market unit of the division..) and i read this latest news..

DATO' TAJUDDIN ATAN TO BE APPOINTED AS NEW CEO OF BURSA MALAYSIA
Bursa Malaysia Berhad today announced the appointment of Dato' Tajuddin Atan as its Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 April 2011. He will take over from Dato' Yusli Mohamed Yusoff who will be in office until 31 March 2011.
Congratulations again Dato'
..so glad that i got the opportunity to be in the same group with you during that 2 weeks course and now you're going to lead the malaysian equity market and i'm sure you're going to be successful towards changing the landscape of our equity market and make it as one of the best in this region.
P/s: Btw..i'll always remember the karaoke moment a.k.a the duet song that we sang together..after our group dinner at Ming Ren Restaurant.. you have such a good voice..
