Exploring Madrid - The beginning

The weather and the view were really nice, calm and soothing.
At about 10am, Intan called and said that she was already at the hotel lobby and 15 minutes later, we started our walking tour to the city.
Then, we reached our first stop..Hard Rock Cafe..to buy some of its famous merchandices.
We continued our walk at the Plaza de Colon with Monument to Colon and Torres de Colon were in front of us.

A few minutes later, we're walking through the National Library which is not open to the public and only the researchers who can enter inside the library, according to Intan.
After a 30-minutes walk, we stopped for a coffee break at the nearby restaurant in the Castellana avenues.
During this stop, I took a delicious cappuccino and a nice croissant.
